They told me its not a Fed Ex drop off location
Nice store worker, but clearly this is not a full service FedEx drop off point. She refused my package because it was marked “ground” and because it was too big and wouldn’t fit on the shelf. If the staff would move their sodas and personal items, my package would fit just fine. Really frustrating. Take them off your list.
