FED/EX DELIVERY SUCKS!
My package was supposed be here yesterday I haven’t received it it hasn’t moved and I’m stressed out. I can’t even reach an actual human to talk about where my package could be at. This is a shame

Seems like fedex overall is terrible, stick with USP or any other delivery service. Waited all day at my house for this delivery and I get a notification later saying we tried to make a delivery but no one was home, yea okay…… so I asked them to put it on hold at another location so I could just pick it up myself. After waiting and calling this center no one wanted to answer the phone. So I just called customer support and they told me the package is at the destination waiting for pickup.
