For 2 days now we have been home and waiting for a delivery Both days at the end of the day I get an email that they were here! And no one was home, but that is not true, they never came! Now I can only reach a call center cause there is no phone number for the fedex office on site!

The driver Yusuf that delivers out of this location and the manager both need fired. We have lost multiple packages because he keeps placing them on the trash can outside the mailroom so he can complete the entire apartment complex’s delivery in under 30 seconds. The manager said he would “speak to” Yusuf after the first incident, but Yusuf still opts to set the packages directly in the trash which confirms the manager is lying about enforcing anything.
