Fed Ex doesn’t let you speak to a human being. Automation overload
Received a overnight express package that was miss routed. Called FEDEX numerous times over two days to have it picked back up and talked to service reps who all claimed it would be picked up immediately. Finally took it myself back to this office to get it back into FEDEX control and responsibility. Hope FEDEX is more responsive with COVID vaccines that they have been with this miss routed overnight express package.
