Very convenient to use
This store is listed as a on-site FedEx location. When I went in there just now the employee said that he didn’t know how to do that… I asked him if there was anyone else at the store who could assist me with this shipment and he said no… If no one knows how to do it and no one is trained on how to do it then why offer it as a FedEx on site location?
