They rarely leave packages where I asked to leave them. I live by a very busy road where they can easily be seen and stolen. It is very difficult to understand their customer service people because they barely speak english.

Can't reach a human when you call, also poor delivery service. Obviously they need further education if they can't tell how to read an address and leave packages at the wrong location.
