Every single time me or my neighbors order and it comes from FedEx it is never delivered when it's supposed to be and whoever is saying that we put in for future deliveries is lying they did this a few weeks ago with my daughter and now they're doing it to me again this is over and over and over they promise it will be delivered the next day and it's not this is the fourth day in a row just for this delivery and I don't know if it's the driver or who FedEx keeps saying that I ask for future delivery date which is a bald-face... read more
One of my packages fell out the back of the truck along with 3 other packages. Driver didn’t even see that. Now I didn’t get my package today. I wish Walmart would use UPS.
Tracking info said my package was scanned at this facility and was out on the truck for delivery. I waited from 5-8pm outside the drop off spot to pick up my package only to be told by a clueless driver that my package was NOT on the trucks and was still in Leland!!! If I could rate zero stars I would. Now I can’t even track my package and no one from FedEx will help me Update: package came in 3 days after review was left. Now I’m waiting for another that was supposed to be delivered the 21st and has vanished…
