My fed-ex driver is absolutely amazing. I only wish I knew his name. He deserves a raise or something for how kind and caring he is. 5 deliveries messed up in 2 months! Receiving packages that aren't ours from 10 miles away, our packages being placed at other homes that aren't ours, and an expensive order ripped open and laid out on our vehicle for us to pick up. Horrible!
