I'll never go to that store again. The counter girl that wants to look like Tina Turner, needs some serious customer service training. I'll drive to El paso, any day for better service. This is the fed ex in horizon city, next to vista market.
Customer service is very lacking. Service Rep, Bianey, told me she couldn't take package with prior label taped to sleeve, so I peeled it off. Then she tells me I need to put it back because the label needs to be in a sleeve. So I asked her for a packaging sleeve and she says that will be $2. Are you serious! Fedex doesn't charge for packaging sleeves. I asked for her name. She refused. I took a pic of her because I was going to let Fedex know that she's charging for this.
