I needed to do a return from Chewy. I went inside to the Dollar Store where the FedEx is located. The cashier at the Dollar store said the system was down and to put it on the counter and they would process it as soon as it came back up. Package disappeared and never showed up. I went back to check as asked if it was processed and was told yes all good but they threw about the receipt. Theft don’t go here!!!!!!
I have to say the fedex experience was not there they have no labels they have no information it's just a drop off points you don't bother growing there
