I went in at the end of the day and was told my package was going to be pick up the next day. My package even arrived 2 days early. My tracking was updated everyday.
Called an 800 number to ask a question of a live person. They have a voice mail service that argues with you and is rude and will not allow you to speak to anyone. Obviously Fed Ex is prioritizing profits over customer service so I’m out.
