Called an 800 number to ask a question of a live person. They have a voice mail service that argues with you and is rude and will not allow you to speak to anyone. Obviously Fed Ex is prioritizing profits over customer service so I’m out.
Super fast service. All was great
Had an Xmas overnight package sit at their facility for days. Which due to inclement weather, I get it. However, no updates to the tracking information whatsoever. I called FedEx and they tell me they are not allowed to call the Astoria station and they were sorry they couldn’t tell me where my overnight package was. She tells that she opened up a ticket to investigate and that I would get a call within 24 hours. Never got the call and as of today, 5 days after it shipped, I still have no updates and the package that I paid ... read more
