Super fast service. All was great
Had an Xmas overnight package sit at their facility for days. Which due to inclement weather, I get it. However, no updates to the tracking information whatsoever. I called FedEx and they tell me they are not allowed to call the Astoria station and they were sorry they couldn’t tell me where my overnight package was. She tells that she opened up a ticket to investigate and that I would get a call within 24 hours. They drive too fast and tailgate in wet and foggy weather. They never seem to have any concerns for safety and the well being of others. 5:57 pm 11/23, 2021. East bound on Highway 26 from Seaside, OR. I would fire them in a heartbeat. Two trucks.
Our return was to "big" as they have insufficient storage for packages. So we had to find another drop off location. Just another BIG FAIL for FedEx. And I had to carry the package half way through the store to find this out. Not very senior friendly.
