I was surprised to see the previous reviews at the W 35th St FedEx. I had Anthony, who was friendly, quick and super kind and polite. Love 35th St FedEx - my documents are safe and on the way ; Thank You Anthony!
3 employees standing and talking to each other about mundane things, while NOT assisting customers. But, they make sure to take those paychecks with no shame.
Very slow service. Nobody in a rush to nowhere

The slowest workers I’ve ever come across. I had some pre-ordered prints to pick up which should take 1 minute to just grab and give to me but it took them 15 minutes to help the customer in front of me. I’m not sure why the two other workers couldn’t just grab me the prints and send me on my way but no one bothered asking me if I needed help. On top of that, the prints weren’t even done properly.
