10/10 staff, service, and atmosphere!
My wife and I had a truly wonderful experience at FedEx, and it was all thanks to Ronnie and Eddie. From the moment we walked in, Ron greeted us with a warm smile you could feel through his eyes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Ed, the manager, came over and was just as welcoming and helpful. We came in 30 minutes before closing, needing a poster board for an event the next day, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. This is not a review reflective of the staff because they’re so nice, but FIX THEIR EQUIPMENT!! Why do you guys have them operating with such outdated printers PLUS you guys are so overpriced for a poor service
