Came here after the woman at the USPS office almost made me cry with her rudeness and refusal to help me. Thank you Janiah (not sure if that is the correct spelling), your kindness was so appreciated and you were very helpful. I witnessed her kindness to other customers as well. I’m just gonna come here from now on for my shipping needs. Give this woman a raise!
I’ve been to this location twice to ship packages and I’ve had a great experience both times. Everyone is kind, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend!
Janiah and Jennifer have been so wonderful - I LOVE this FedEx location. Have been to this store 5 times in the last 2 weeks for printing and shipping services, and the staff here always go out of their way to help you. The cherry on top is that they are always very sweet and friendly too. Thank you so much!!
Extremely efficient Fedex Center. I've used them for shipping, printing via kiosk, and full-service printing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The line gets long end of day, so I try to get there before 4pm.
