Very bad, one star is too much for this location
I tried to make some copies, and after 25 minutes of waiting, it was not possible. First of all, I had to send the file five times and after 4 failed responses I received the code for the only one printing machine on site, then there was a lady friend of one of the employees and she was printing over 500 sheets, the solution from the FedEx lady employee? This is going to take a long time, so go to the other location 4 blocks away, sorry. Horrible service!
Chris helped me out today and was super friendly and efficient! Just started working in the area and it was nice to see great customer service at a place I'll be frequently visiting for work related matters! I'll be back for sure at this location just for him! :)
