A small man with control issues and a big mouth just yelled at me for five minutes because I plugged in my portable scanner in for 3 minutes to scan some documents that I had send through FedEx. Said he did a "courtesy " by letting me finish. Then starts yelling. He was making such a big deal, someone else came out to see what was going on. Hard to find
It should not take 45 min to ship a package. hire more employees so there's more than one person working the entire store. you are in NYC, people move fast, your locations should act like it.
The team member at the front was so polite and friendly when I came to pick up a package. I really appreciated her warmth, and she was also really effective. Her service really stood out and she’s a model for other employees!
