Had a dropoff, guy at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The entrance to this is on 41st st
The automated system makes it hard to even get anyone on the phone. Fed Ex just wants our money. They lack in customer service. Shut them doen and keep using the local postal service USPS.
Useless standing around for 15 minutes - staff sitting in the back while employee struggles to work the fedex non existent self help system. What a terrible service provider. It sho lent take a shipping company 15 minutes to ship 3 boxes. TLDR appalling slow & poor service
