Super unhelpful and rude staff. I asked if I could do a photocopies on both sides and they said it was not possible and it was completely possible. The employees at this location are great, sadly the manager is not. Every time I come to the location to get a print job done, she sends me to self-help.I am willing to pay extra, but she always sends me to self help. Today when I entered the location, there were 0 customers in the store. When I asked for help, she called me rude. She has zero interest in the customer experience. Excellent service! Very helpful & professional. Even took an extra moment to seek out a less expensive alternative than I originally planned on. Which he did and it arrived 2 days earlier than my original method & also saved me a few bucks which is much appreciated!
Was in serious need of some printing help. Jessica at this location was awesome. My client was incredibly happy with the final product. Having to do business when visiting an area can be a bit distressing and she made sure the order was well made and done in time. Thank you!
