Super unhelpful and rude staff. I asked if I could do a photocopies on both sides and they said it was not possible and it was completely possible. The employees at this location are great, sadly the manager is not. Every time I come to the location to get a print job done, she sends me to self-help.I am willing to pay extra, but she always sends me to self help. Today when I entered the location, there were 0 customers in the store. When I asked for help, she called me rude. She has zero interest in the customer experience.
