How do these people have Jobs? You’re in the biggest city in the world and not open on weekends. You also don’t update tracking for two days. Embarrassing. They only care about big corporations probably. Sad and poor service.

Had a great experience at this location. The staff was helpful, making the shipping process easy and stress free. Duvon was especially helpful, ensuring everything was handled quickly and accurately. Highly recommend for reliable shipping services!
For its location and the amount of people ALWAYS there, this place has incredible customer service. I'm a regular here and I drop off at the busiest time 5-6pm--I haven't spent more than 2mins on line. Love this location--wish other fedex spots were as efficient as this one!
Absolutely awful. Went to ship a camera today (clearly labeled with lithium battery warning) and the staff (especially a "manager" named Marco) were incredibly unhelpful and misleading. They refused to ship my package due to the battery, spouting nonsense about needing to go to a special location. This is completely illogical, as FedEx ships millions of packages daily containing batteries. This is a gross misrepresentation of FedEx's shipping policies.
