Horrible experience at this fed ex. I went in to check on my package on a weekday afternoon and two black girls working at this location pointed fingers and laughed at me, making snaring comments (who’s gonna to help her? LoL she busy) and just repeated that package isn’t there without attempting to check/verify anything. When I’d dropped off my return package initially, one of the same girls didn’t even scan or gave me a receipt
hands down best FedEx in all of Manhattan (and probably elsewhere too)!! sheika & courtney are always so friendly and helpful. my office has many complicated print jobs (if they're reading this, hi!! it's me with the weird top binding request!!) and they're always very speedy and go above and beyond. examples of my weird/annoying requests that they've fulfilled include asking them to text me photos of what kind of green paper they had and asking for so many custom tabs that they had to go to another store to get enough mater... read more
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this FedEx. I paid to print my documents and simply asked politely if I could borrow a stapler because I couldn’t find one. The staff's attitude was terrible she stared at me with a cold, rude expression, didn’t say a word, and then basically threw the stapler at me. It was disrespectful and extremely rude. Very bad transportation, even though they know that you are sending a laptop, they still ruin it
