Sheika was excellent and helped tremendously. I had to return equipment from my job but the QR code wasn't working since the system was down. Instead of telling us to go on our way she called another location to verify if the system was down everywhere else. By the time she did that the system was back up and I was able to send back my equipment hassle free.
I had great experience in this location, staff is very very patient, professional and friendly 🌺
I have nothing bad to say about this Fedex. The staff is very helpful. She goes beyond to make sure your package is being delivered. I belief her name is Shekia she was on duty on Friday around 11:25 am 7/18/25.
Courtney and the staff at this FedEx are amazing I come across town to have them print over other locations. They are both warm and professional. Any print orders I send are always done on time (if not early), meticulously organized, and they make sure the print quality is top notch and matches what the customer sends. Not only the best service of a FedEx in the city but of any I have gone to. These women are absolutely incredible!
Extremely rude staff. Took my business to UPS around the corner. UPS had much better service. I hope they have better days, it must feel miserable to be mean to your customers.
