Cord was extremely short and rude to me. I had came to pick up a package that was sent and he communicated that the package was sent back. ( Not his fault) but when I asked if there was any support or confirmation they could give me he cut me off before I even finished my question and said there is nothing he can do and just started at me. No follow up no sorry. Not a care in the world.
I’ve been to this location a number of times, my packages always get sent out as needed. However, the guy behind the desk named “Cord” is always grumpy upon first interaction like he is annoyed to be employed in customer service. Today, I tell him I have a happy return, because that’s what the online return service calls the service I will be using at this FedEx location. Cord is an absolute gem of a human!! Made the whole printing and sending easy and enjoyable! I want to go back to hang with him some more. Someone give this man a raise! 😅 Seriously, thank you Cord. You are amazing and so appreciated :)
I’ve been going here for years to print various things. I’ve shipped items and also gotten help with special projects. Everyone’s always helpful and their printers have always worked well. I also like the foyer outside for any sitting and working before you’re ready to print.
The man was rude and upset, he didn't help us at all because according to him the perfume smelled a lot
