You can’t call them anymore. FedEx has you speak to a trash chatbot and can’t get through to a real person
This place is hit or miss. There’s a really nice woman who works here (didn’t catch a name). And then there’s an extremely rude balding white guy named Brian or something who is pretty hostile. He was perfectly nice to the two guys in front of me but my existence clearly pissed him off. Would recommend going somewhere else if you see him working.
Don’t listen to the haters. This fedex is perfectly fine. Staff were thorough and helpful I was in and out in a few minutes
