English follows Japanese 世界一周旅行中、荷物が増えすぎたのでアメリカから荷物の一部を日本へ送ることを決めました。この店舗を選んだのはシカゴ市内のFedexの中でもGoogleの評価が高かったからです。割れ物はプチプチで包んでくれるし、英語が苦手な私にも丁寧に接してくれました。全ての梱包が終わったあとに見積もりを出してもらったのですが、想像より高額になってしまいました。もう少し安くする方法はないかと相談したところ「日本までは遠いからどうしても高くなってしまう。自分で飛行機で持っていくのが1番いいと思う」とアドバイスをくれました。梱包後にキャンセルしたにも関わらず嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれて感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。 ーーーーーーーーーー During my round-the-world trip, my luggage became too heavy, so I decided to ship some items from the US back to Japan. The most pleasant people work here. I shipped an oversized baggage, and it was such a breeze. I couldn’t give more than five stars, otherwise I would. Terrific, helpful, and respectful staff in a very clean location work here!! Thank you!
