nice location and friendly staff... one level below the Stetson street-level entrance to the building... took the elevator down as we could not locate the stairs (but there must be some way since you can go up steps to the lobby of the building... the best part was that they did NOT charge a fee for a return to Amazon like the UPS store in the Swissotel pedway level does... GREAT FIND!!!

FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

English follows Japanese 世界一周旅行中、荷物が増えすぎたのでアメリカから荷物の一部を日本へ送ることを決めました。この店舗を選んだのはシカゴ市内のFedexの中でもGoogleの評価が高かったからです。割れ物はプチプチで包んでくれるし、英語が苦手な私にも丁寧に接してくれました。全ての梱包が終わったあとに見積もりを出してもらったのですが、想像より高額になってしまいました。もう少し安くする方法はないかと相談したところ「日本までは遠いからどうしても高くなってしまう。自分で飛行機で持っていくのが1番いいと思う」とアドバイスをくれました。梱包後にキャンセルしたにも関わらず嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれて感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。 ーーーーーーーーーー During my round-the-world trip, my luggage became too heavy, so I decided to ship some items from the US back to Japan.
