Jacqui and her coworker went above and beyond to help me yesterday. There were issues emailing a file that I needed professionally printed and laminated. They came up with several workarounds and one finally worked! They were readily available to show me how to print and laminate. Suggestions for better quality card stock much appreciated! Thank you so very much for all the time and patience you showed to me.
Very rude male worker and judgmental
I had a package that was shipped to the wrong address, so I intercepted it and rerouted to this office for pick up. After verifying who I am with my ID, this guy Charles wanted to see a utility bill with my name and the wrong address on it before releasing the package to me?!? Even after I explained the address is wrong I don’t have anything to show that address. Very rude and unhelpful and requires further training to understand what wrong address means.
