I tried to drop off a package that contained a large battery and they refused to accept it because they aren't authorized to take hazardous items; I can accept that. They told me that I had to drop it off at the City of Industry location (25 mins away) or call for a pickup. I went to the City of Industry location and they refused it too! Apparently, they only accept FedEx Express packages that have large batteries and my package was a FedEx Ground. Kinkos Fedex overall has the best photo printing over staples, Office Depot etc. I’ve been to all of them and still choose kinkos. It is worth the price. That being said I prefer the Monrovia location. I did not have a good experience on the flair drive location. I got very little help from the staff and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable.
