Employees trying their best, which is why this isn’t a one start review. TERRIBLY SLOW SYSTEM. Took 40 minutes to process 2 packages.
I don't know where to leave a review like this, but this is specifically about delivery drivers. This is the second time that this has happened, but my package never showed up. I got a notification that my package had been delivered, but when I checked the delivery photo, it was clearly not my house and not my porch. The customer service line (the automated one) is also absolutely useless in these scenarios. I double checked my address and everything, but all of my information was correct.
