They were like the nicest people ever
Employees trying their best, which is why this isn’t a one start review. TERRIBLY SLOW SYSTEM. Took 40 minutes to process 2 packages.
I don't know where to leave a review like this, but this is specifically about delivery drivers. This is the second time that this has happened, but my package never showed up. I got a notification that my package had been delivered, but when I checked the delivery photo, it was clearly not my house and not my porch. The customer service line (the automated one) is also absolutely useless in these scenarios. I double checked my address and everything, but all of my information was correct. Very helpful and attentive staff. I’ve been going to this location for years and Steve is always quick to help. I’ve been in a rush a few different times and he was able to make sure my package went out before the last pickup time.
