I am trying to talk with a human being about possible fraud but the automated response demands information that I don't have. It is very frustrating and the system is NOT user friendly. I finally gave up.
Requiring the scanning of a driver's license to send a small item??? Absolutely not! In addition to basic concerns of privacy, my family has already been the victims of mortgage fraud by people getting access to identification records. Walk away. This nonsense will continue until enough of us say NO.
