This location is severely understaffed. Just one person usually even at peak hours. Wait times exceed 30 minutes to be served.
Absolutely horrible location I walked in asked the girl if they could print me calendars and get them to me She said yes then had me stand there for 45 minutes Send her the calendars to then tell me that she wouldn't be able to print them until tomorrow. So beyond ridiculous I should charge you guys for my waisted time.
New Print-And-Go system does not work, can't print documents OR photos. Update: 4/18/2025 Location can print but service is brutally slow and there's always someone printing a novel on the printer.
Saturday is a day when people are off from work and need to get things done. A day when Fed Ex should be open not closed.
Spoke to Alileen whom is a representative at this FedEx location about a package that was arriving at my house while I was on vacation and didn’t wanted to sit on my doorstep while I was gone. Aileen took extra steps to ensure that the package was left at the location and was able to pick it up with no problem upon my return. Thank you!
