this location is literally the worst location i have ever visited in my entire life. very unprofessional and it doesn’t matter how good condition your boxes are, this bitches will tell you they can’t accept your boxes and try to sell them the repacking service.

Spent an hour trying to get a pre paid envelope. My card has been charged 3 times and I still didn't get the envelope. It took me 5 minutes at UPS. I still have to contact FedEx to reverse the charges.
