On October 13th, the employees that worked at 4834B Beachnut St. Suite #B were not helpful as when I requested the service of burning/copying a CD and making a duplicate CD for me, I was told that no one was cross trained to provide this service and that the employee that knew how to get this done was not in. I was then directed to try another location. I was frustrated that no one attempted to try to perform the task before saying NO.
