As is the problem with a lot of the businesses in Killeen, Texas, the level of professionalism with Fedex is practically non existent. It's like nobody cares at all about customer service anymore.
Wonder what's up with the employees there. 3rd time there and each time they both have a stinky attitude. No smile and no attention to the customer. I thought they were having a bad day the first time, so I ignored it, but 3 times in different weeks. Wow. Am not coming there again. I dont like negative attitudes. Need to find a local place or go to Temple or Belton.
I went in with a USB stick and the printing services were terrible! You have to insert a card first as a method of payment, and then a bunch of incorrect pages print, even though you manually set your page size. Tons of blank pages printed (all of which I didn't each before leaving the store). The guy, Steve, in there last night just said, "print them again." Without telling me first that he would refund what was already charged to my card. It was a huge MESS and I left with a very bad impression. I then get home to put my h... read more
