I frequently visit FedEx locations each week for shipping documents and occasionally using workstations. However, I will no longer be visiting this location. When I attempted to use a workstation with my laptop and personal scanner, I was told I could not do so. I explained that I only needed to scan my documents before shipping them via FedEx, but the employee insisted I had to use their scanning equipment. This policy seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, and I believe FedEx should be aware of it.
Over the course of five days, we sent dozens of emails with complex, ever-changing print requests in preparation for a major hospitality event at the Hilton Garden Inn Epic Center. I ordered a 111-page document bound in a 3-ring binder. It was delivered damaged. THE TOP 30 PAGES WERE NOT EVEN ON THE RINGS. And some pages were torn. FedEx Office website says they don't offer refunds!!
Went to FedEx. 1 lady working who told me to come back in an hour because she had 2 people ahead of me to ship. What a joke.
