Already had a return shipping label. I could scan my own package, get a receipt, and drop the package into a bin. No interaction with onsite personnel necessary.
(July 6th at 5pm) Just received exceptional customer service from Jennifer. My IQ with creating new business cards and tri-fold brochures was zero but she patiently helped me out; and got them done quickly; while having all of her other busy priorities on her plate! Thanks Jenn jw
This store needs more employees like the UPS store. The guy working at the store today is not very professional or efficient. Poor attitude
