Store was not working due to the power outages or other electrical issues, problem was when you called other near Fedex store , AI answering system would not able to connect to a representative to find out if that store has a same issue, have to drive around to each stores to find out.
I have to give Kudos to Jordan who assisted me with making last minute namecards for an event. Jordan went above and beyond. I was in such a rush and left and did not check my order. Jordan was about to get off from his shift and jumped in to assist. I truly appreciate his williness to help with my order. I also noriced how he would immediately greet and offer assistance to other customers. Employees loke this are eare these days. I hope he receives the recognition he deseeves. This establishment said they are open at 8AM. I get here at 8:15A & they’re not open even though the store hours are posted in the door & online. So inconvenient & waste of time & gas.
I frequently visit FedEx locations each week for shipping documents and occasionally using workstations. However, I will no longer be visiting this location. When I attempted to use a workstation with my laptop and personal scanner, I was told I could not do so. I explained that I only needed to scan my documents before shipping them via FedEx, but the employee insisted I had to use their scanning equipment. This policy seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, and I believe FedEx should be aware of it.
Over the course of five days, we sent dozens of emails with complex, ever-changing print requests in preparation for a major hospitality event at the Hilton Garden Inn Epic Center. General Manager Reggie and team member Jennifer went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service every single time.
