Very rude to customer. No dolly to take the package No help
Fast and Friendly
I spoke with Jennifer on the phone. She not only kept cutting me off as I was speaking, but she also rushed me off the phone as I was trying to ask additional questions about my situation, rather than addressing my concerns. Very rude. I don't understand why people go into customer service jobs with horrible customer service skills.
Already had a return shipping label. I could scan my own package, get a receipt, and drop the package into a bin. No interaction with onsite personnel necessary.
