This is a potential theft waiting to happen. Leaving shipments that cost $700-$1000 sitting on the sidewalk, hours before business hours, where anyone could take them easily. While you can see the big sign on my door requesting NO PACKAGE DELIVERY OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS. Shipments so expensive should require a signature. This is a regular occurrence by the way. I have attempted to call customer service but the automated system isnt very facilitating.

Today Melissa delivered a package to my neighbor..which told me look our for fedex..Melissa went beyond great customer service 👍 😀 and sooo professional and awesome. Thank you sooo much for having Melissa in our Lakeview area woohoo. 😀
Great place. Staff is promt,courteous. I had way too many papers printed by mistake they didn't charge me for what I didn't need. I'll be back for sure. Keep up the good work.
