Busted machines, unhelpful staff.
Delia was an absolute delight to work with. Her customer service was absolutely incredible. She is the example of how all FedEx customer service should be.
I was not expecting much with the low rating, but I was taken aback. Both the ladies were very helpful and I was out in no time. I an generally a strong critic, but this experience was super smooth.
I needed to ship boxes to my office in Los Angeles, and Desiree was helpful, sharp, kind, and quick in helping me complete the task at this location. She is a lovely young lady inside and out, and yet another wonderful person I met while I was back visiting my hometown of Houston.
