Wow! I was just treated terribly here! Been coming here for years! I'm a Business Woman and I was treated as if I were stupid. Blank look on Woman's face as I spoke. Was like I'm speaking another language. Not acceptable!!
The best Fedex Store ever! Have worked with a number of Fedex stores across the US for our business and the customer service provided by this store is just outstanding! Kudos to Cassandra and the whole team there who are excellent!
CaSandra was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and very professional, taking care of a number of customers and the phone at the same time. I had many questions, and even though she was handling a million things at once, she was very polite throughout, answered every question thoroughly, and delivered amazing service.
