Hours on FedEx website are WRONG. Said they were up until 7:30 Pm, get the location at 7:05 and they were closed. They don’t open until after I get to work, and closed on weekends. I cannot get an item returned.
I had a very simple request. I was only dropping something off that needed to be returned, and my label just needed to be printed. Every single associate in the store greeted me and was very kind and friendly and offered to help me as much as they could everyone kept asking if I needed help and checking on me and I really appreciate it. Their customer service. It was a great experience.
Who ever delivers for Georgia ave in atlantic keeps taking my packages and last one was Tuesday I will ne pressing charges as soon as I see him on my block
