Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from Andrea Stopped by this FedEx Office to print some documents at the self-service machines. From the moment I walked in, Andrea didn’t acknowledge me — no greeting, no offer of help, nothing. I carried on with my work, and while I was there, another customer walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly “Hi, how can I help you today?” and a “Have a nice day” on the way out.
