I have been there many times and they have always been helpful.
This Pack & Ship was responsible for shipping an expensive machine to a client I had, the package was poorly packed & roughly damaged. As a result, the machine was rendered unusable. Upon submitting a claim, they decided to add a bewildering $468 adjustment to my shipping label and never got back to me. Abhorrent and fraudulent. Rather than reimbursing me or my client you outright stole money.
