We used this office for a shipment. The clerk who apparently was not paying attention, put someone else’s address on my package causing it to be delivered to the wrong address and returned EVEN THOUGH my receipt clearly stated the right address. I was told to file a claim, which they denied. Then was told to request a refund for failure of service, which by the way took God knows how long to find out. Very slowly processing of shipments. It's 5 days now my package has not been collected from location to be shipped
It is inside at walgreens so there was plenty of parking
The bald guy was rude, when asked for help responded with an attitude and a tone of trying to make a question seem like if it was dumb, his costumer service is very unprofessional, the store was empty no wonder why.
