I called the store to find hours of service. Sunday 12 to 6. When I got to the store at 4 o’clock there was a note on the door will be back at 5 o’clock. I returned at 5 o’clock, I checked my package I had asked is everything OK? The gentleman responded. I needed to take a break and I’m the only one here, come on guys an hour break!!! Won’t be going there again.

Needed to send a FedEx envelope so went to the FedEx Office Print/Ship Center in Jensen. Sent it and didn't think anything about it until the recipient claimed not to have received it. Then of course I couldn't locate the tracking number. I called and sure enough they were able to locate the transaction and emailed me not only the tracking number but the POD. The recipient never located the envelope but they honored the fact that I had sent the documents and resolved the issue without additional documentation. Can't thank yo... read more

From out of town. Needed copies. Had my own issues w copier (not the machinery's fault). Mike the Manager stepped in for my little bitty unimportant job, guided me through, made sure I had a plastic sleeve to protect my documents from the rain. Can't say enough about the kindness and courtesy. Go here!!!
