Outstanding service! Came in to have some printing done from a flash drive, and received prompt, courteous and professional service.
Truly can't even rate the quality of service when the store is locked and unstaffed during posted business hours. No sign or estimated return time. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
I called the store to find hours of service. Sunday 12 to 6. When I got to the store at 4 o’clock there was a note on the door will be back at 5 o’clock. I returned at 5 o’clock, I checked my package I had asked is everything OK? The gentleman responded. I needed to take a break and I’m the only one here, come on guys an hour break!!! Won’t be going there again.
Poor customer service! Always trying to upsell.... Go elsewhere......
Needed to send a FedEx envelope so went to the FedEx Office Print/Ship Center in Jensen. Sent it and didn't think anything about it until the recipient claimed not to have received it. Then of course I couldn't locate the tracking number. I called and sure enough they were able to locate the transaction and emailed me not only the tracking number but the POD. The recipient never located the envelope but they honored the fact that I had sent the documents and resolved the issue without additional documentation. Can't thank yo... read more
