I had a great experience at this FedEx location. I needed to ship something important and immediately entering the store, I was greeted by Essence. She was extremely helpful and provided fantastic service. She helped make sure the address I was shipping to was accurate and provided an overview of the different shipping prices/arrival times for that item. If you have to ship something via FedEx, I would recommend coming to this location. Everyone was friendly, and it was a quick process.
Hand down the best FedEx experience around. Friendly staff, so knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help and bring your vision to life. Just love and appreciate the Team here!
5 star customer service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Essence and Sean's customer service is above and beyond. They have shipped 1,000 packages for Nordstrom for my business and never have put the wrong address in and they are very quick!
