Samantha and Tiffany went above and beyond ! I always come to this location and receive great service but after CVS misprinted a poster photo for my daughter‘s first birthday, Samantha and Tiffany partner together to make sure they were able to get it done, and get the sizing completed, and we’re such perfectionists about getting it right. A pleasure to work with and perfect execution.
I just picked up my order, and I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews. Every time I’ve gone in people have always been very friendly and kind. But today was especially so, I had issues with ordering online, and I went to the store for them to help me. I did not get her name, but she was very lovely, helped me resize the image and stood with me until it was ordered so she could get it started right away. I have never experienced anything like this at this store before. I live nearby and frequently come here to print images I need. However, today was the first time I encountered a staff member named Kate, and her rudeness and unprofessional behavior left me feeling extremely upset. I truly believe that employees like her can ruin this brand’s reputation. This morning, I came to the store, and she was the one who assisted me.
