Kyle at this location was rude, racist, disrespectful. Calling me aggressive? Cos of my skin color? I went in there to return a package and the only reason there is 1 star is cos there was someone there who actually assisted me. Wish I didn’t have to encounter this other employee who felt the need to humiliate me simply for existing in their store. So disgusting I hope my package makes it to its destination cos I feel so weird transacting there at all.
Horrible service at this location. Went in to mail a single package with a pre-printed label. Took over 20 minutes. Not because of a line mind you, but because of the worker at the shipping counter. She was busy having a conversation with another woman while trying to help her figure out how to send an e-mail with pictures on her phone. Never realized FedEx did tech support. Maybe someone should inform you employe that they don’t. This is why I normally choose UPS.
Thank you, Chris, for saving my friend’s vacation by making sure I had the correct address to send her passport to her! I appreciate his attention to detail, AND his efficiency which got the package into the overnight delivery person’s hand with only seconds to spare!
