Ordered a bunch of prints and the worker just put them on the counter without any sort of bag or envelope (they always put them in envelopes when I ordered them in the past). When I asked for one, the worker rudely said they don’t have any envelopes (I’m sorry FEDEX doesn’t have any envelopes?). He then said they have bags and said he’ll have to charge me 10 cents. This location sucks . The workers do not want to be at work . Every time I go in , they look at me like I am being a nuisance . The Springfield location is wonderful compared to this place .
Original review: Give yourself all day to stand in line. The staff will ignore you as you stand there, which is not only poor customer service but also insulting. ----------- Update: I tried again five years after this original review above. Simple request- send to an address. They couldn't get the address correct when they keyed the data in, I got a confirmation hours later that had an incorrect address.
