Came all the way to this location just for them to tell me the systems was down and I can’t return my items
So rude staff
Went in to pick up a package and left out with a smile. Thanks to Derress, hopefully I didn't bomb his name spelling too much. 2 people in front of me needed to get labels. They both responded they needed help " D " didn't say anything rude like "It's right on the screen". He helped them and they were done in 2 minutes not exaggerating. When it was my turn he was fast and we had a quick laugh. Proof you can do your job with feeling.
Leah, the manager, was the epitome of customer service excellence earlier today - she took my concerns, calmly explained the best course of action, and when it looked like things were going to work out; I was there to get my package with a personal touch. It just seemed like another day for Leah; but for me, it was a huge sense of relief getting this package, and makes my work so much easier. Thank you!
