Montae Franklin provided service above and beyond. He was so helpful when helping me print my documents and the binding options. He walked me through each step and was a joy to work with.
Toijah was extremely helpful and very professional. She helped me get items printed for my wedding and she made it very painless.
Avoid this location if at all possible. Three times I've placed an online order only to find that a) it wasn't ready when they promised on the phone, b) it was produced wrong, or c) all of the above.
Be sure to ask for Shae, quite possibly the nicest Fedex Kinko's person to work with. Very helpful & patient.
