Horrible shipping center service.
They want to charge you extra for being in the hotel !! Don’t waste your time going there !!
*Warning* I came here with a pre-paid shipping lable however since this is a hotel, they charge a $26 handling fee. All the staff on the property are quite professional and were helpful in finding the nook & cranny where this Fed-ex center was. Please note there's a FREE 30min visitors parking right behind starbucks. If you get to the gate asking for $25, safely back up and find the free parking if you're willing to pay the hotel handling fee Have a great day.
Very bad facility. Especially one of the representatives is so bad and rude.
I came to leave a package at 6:30, they are supposed to be closing at 7 PM she closed all of my face and she said that she closed whenever she wanted , horrible !!!
