I shipped a 2-day package with FedEx, and it took almost a week to arrive. I called to complain and asked if they would cover the cost since I paid nearly $300 for expedited shipping. I spent weeks calling, getting the runaround, and now, after almost two months, they told me they can't do anything. I would not recommend FedEx to anyone there are plenty of other companies that do a better job.
I don’t want to get into all the details I just will say I will never ever go to this location for anything ever again. The customer service is totally unacceptable. Don’t chance going here and have part of your day messed up by people who shouldn’t be working where they are.
Terrible service
I sent over a printing order to this location and when I went to go pick them up they told me that their usual printer wasn't working properly so they had to use another printer. As I was looking through them, the flyers weren't cut properly and the printing just didn't look clean and immediately before I even said anything, Marcus was already setting everything up to reprint my whole order using the right printer and he said to me, "I'm going to get them redone for you, don't worry."
