Paid for overnight shipping and this office lost my package for 3 days then finally delivered 6 days later. FedEx was a maze over the phone to be reimbursed and took 6 months. Absolutely a mess
A poorly run business!
Horrible customer experience. Not worth coming to this location. Asked to use a roll of tape to tape on shipping label, was to told to wait in line or buy tape. Basically, wasn’t permitted to use tape that then store workers could have easily given me access too, instead was told to either buy tape or wait in line for them to tape a shipping label to the box. Note the line was long. Terrible customer service
