There was three people standing there in front of me. Waiting on the Wi-Fi to work at the FedEx office. They asked me if I just had a drop off. I said yes I come here every single day and drop off a package from my work, a medical office With a prepaid label. All it needs to do is get dropped in the box. She said I’m unable to put it into the system in the come back later and she cannot hold onto the specimen, even though it has a label and it’s sealed and paid for. Went here to get a shipping label for two packages (small medium size), and got charged $50+ total. I felt scammed, especially because I came with my own packaging and they scanned it as an additional price! I went to USPS instead, and only had to pay $7 for ground shipping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!
Ridiculous Customer Service. I came into the store at 11:10 am and 3 people were helping customers. When it was my turn the third person left the help counter and sat in the Managers office. The other 2 people were busy in the back or on the computer at the counter (Tom) was uninformed about work orders completed. This is the conversation Tom had with the women that returned from the back. He asked, "did this job get done?" Womens response, Yes, I think so, unless it came in again, I don't know.
