Shout out to the team in FedEx in Auburn Hills: Eva, Desia and Mr . Billy. They worked on my project and it was done as promised ( 2 hrs) . I drove to this location because the UPS store White Lake couldn't fulfill my request in the time I needed it. Next stop was the FedEx in White lake. And the manager recommended that I go to the Auburn Hills location because its a bigger . ( Since his is a smaller branch , my project would have been a send out) FedEx printed 250 save the date cards on 3x 5 business cards. Thank you!

There was three people standing there in front of me. Waiting on the Wi-Fi to work at the FedEx office. They asked me if I just had a drop off. I said yes I come here every single day and drop off a package from my work, a medical office With a prepaid label. All it needs to do is get dropped in the box. She said I’m unable to put it into the system in the come back later and she cannot hold onto the specimen, even though it has a label and it’s sealed and paid for. Went here to get a shipping label for two packages (small medium size), and got charged $50+ total. I felt scammed, especially because I came with my own packaging and they scanned it as an additional price! I went to USPS instead, and only had to pay $7 for ground shipping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!
