I love this place! I do all of my copying, scanning, etc here, and the employees are kind, helpful, & *patient* with those of us who are not particularly technologically-inclined. Happy to live nearby!
The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I needed to add receiver’s phone number to the mail that already had label generated. They offered the option of canceling the original one and recreated a new one with the number added very patiently. Additionally the staff who helped me also prioritized customers needs with full respect and care. There was an old lady needed to purchase some supplies quickly. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Just lazy.
I come here several times a month to print, laminate, cut, etc. various items for work and I've always had a really, really great experience with the staff. They always help me figure out the printing machines, give me refunds for mistakes I've made printing, and are attentive when I approach the counter every time. Honestly, I'm leaving this review because I recently witnessed an awful customer berate an employee for way too long after they were unable to get what they asked for (their request simply wasn't possible), and t... read more
