Exceptional service here! I get prints here regularly and everyone goes above and beyond to assist me! They even call with questions before printing if there’s something unclear regarding my orders! I’m grateful to the staff at this location for making my experiences welcoming and effortless.
I asked if they have a notary service they said we only do it online??? But they don’t do it here
I absolutely LOVE all of the staff in the Fairfield location. I go in there almost daily and the staff is always so friendly and willing to help. If I can get a desk and do my job at this location, I would!, Keep up the great work everyone, you all justify the word “customer service”, I always appreciate all of your help
William and Tammy in Fairfield ct went above and beyond. They expedited a rush order printing service and stayed past store closing to complete the rush job. I couldn't believe their willingness to do this extra work for me when I had only called an hour before closing to print and bind 12 very large decks. Tammy did it with a smile and when I insisted on trying to do something to compensate her she said no. I am so thankful to have Tammy working at my nearby FedEx and know I am in the best hands.
