I have repeatedly requested that your office stop trying to deliver the same package to my house. Your continued refusal to comply has led me to file a complaint with corporate. The package clearly states in large letters that it is for the wrong address and should not be delivered. I have now added, in bold marker, "PACKAGE REFUSED!" Your driver is incompetent and should be reprimanded. Outstanding customer service. I can’t these guys enough. They are absolutely outstanding!! Always very help-full, preparing shipments, labels they do it all and are excellent at it. Love this place for all my FedEx need.
