Extremely unprofessional experience at this FedEx location. I arrived at 5:05 PM, not realizing this particular location closes at 5:00 since nearly every other FedEx location in El Paso was still open. The gate was completely open, there was no closed sign blocking the entrance, and an employee was still inside vacuuming. Since it looked open, I walked all the way in and up to the counter. Delivered a 400 dollar ebike and it was broken now we are waiting for replacement parts and it's been a week and a half . This company sucks bad!!
