Outstanding customer service. I can’t these guys enough. They are absolutely outstanding!! Always very help-full, preparing shipments, labels they do it all and are excellent at it. Love this place for all my FedEx need.
I was in El Paso for work and needed to print a few posters, I drove to 3 different FedEx stores and nobody could help me, I went to this place and when I got there I got greeted by Mr. Ricardo and as someone that has been working in customer service I can I say I’ve never experienced a greatest services than Ricardo Ortega , even tho I had one million questions he answered every single one of my questions always with a small in his face and eager to help and to hear me out.
