I considered not writing this, but I felt so afraid in this business because of Ron. He was aggressive, yelled at me for asking a question when I didn’t know the price of something and then was horribly rude and said that the credit card machine didn’t work and I should pay in cash. I ended up leaving because I was afraid. I will be calling management.
Rude unprofessional
What happened to the manager Ashley she was always available and on top of things. Every time I go the manager is no where to be found, and I go A LOT. I see one sometimes two employees and usually overloaded with work. Gabby and Ron are just wonderful and if weren’t for them the store would be in complete utter kaos.
Besides being the most unprofessional in terms of workers gere, fedex also requires that they make and keep a copy of your Photo ID for "their records" Yeah OK have fun being rude at a bad job with a worse company UPS and USPS are much better, and dont infringe on your constitutional rights
Nadeen store manager at Branford store is so nice and helpful! She helped me with all my needs right before closing time!! Went above and beyond to help me with prices and explaining everything.
