I don't ship stuff very often, so I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this Fedex location. I believe the rep that helped was named "Mahesh." He was attentive, polite, helpful and went above and beyond what I needed. I went to this location around 3:30 PM and it was not busy. I got helped right away. I will be back for sure and wouldn't hesitate to use this location for shipping on a regular basis. My package was a large crate, about 120lbs, and they knew exactly what to do. Great customer service here.
