rude. No Hello, as soon as I walked in the associate said “I can’t ship that, go….” No gosh I wish I could help, nothing. Go to the UPS store on Custer/Eldorado- phenomenal service! They have definitely been unable to help in some instances, but they sure go above and beyond and at the very minimum you’re gonna get a hello.
The staff is not really friendly. I asked why the return label is much more expensive. He just go with that’s over my pay grade.
5.00 t9 print 4 pages is absolutely absurd. Go to Staples or anywhere but here. They used to be reasonable.
I have no where else to post this as this company doesn’t and can’t actually do anything about it because the people who work for them are Union and they cannot fire them. I have a family Heirloom that has been in my family for 60 years and the person that made has passed away. It was shipped to me and was triple boxed with protective packing yet for some reason the delivery driver feels the need to slam everything down on to my door step shattering a 60 year old irreplaceable family Heirloom.
