Updated for 2025. Another job change. I've dropped off packages here with no issues. With that said, I have been an online seller for 15 years. My being here was related to my W-2 job(s) and sending/receiving equipment not my now side hustle. Always ask to scan packages in and for a receipt. Also in 2023 download the FedEx App (as well as other carriers) and use technology to get updates. I don't ship stuff very often, so I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this Fedex location. I believe the rep that helped was named "Mahesh." He was attentive, polite, helpful and went above and beyond what I needed. I went to this location around 3:30 PM and it was not busy. I got helped right away. I will be back for sure and wouldn't hesitate to use this location for shipping on a regular basis. My package was a large crate, about 120lbs, and they knew exactly what to do. Great customer service here.
