Bad customer service. Lazy personnel. You gonna be stuck here for at least 30 minutes. Just to print shipping label . Every single time with no one in line. They don't acknowledge customers they would be in the back talking on the phone facetiming . I wish there is zero stars options
I wasted 45 minutes just to print 3 papers and the guy was standing there doing nothing
i had a really great customer service experience here! i was having trouble getting a label onto a package for an Amazon return and the young man at the counter took the initiative to provide a shipping label slip that i could stick directly onto the package. 10000 stars!! i went to this FedEx at around 6:30pm on Jan 30th. it is rare to feel welcomed at a big brand store like FedEx but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Horrible experience. Took me 25 minutes to print 2 documents. Printing email didn’t work. Bunch of staff standing around doing nothing. Cashier made me pay separately for my printing and a soda for no reason. Just bought a printer on Amazon so I never have to return to this trash establishment.
Don’t print here, just don’t. Send my documents to their printer and waited for 13 minutes to get back the code to start printing. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but it can be.
