I visited this location with a friend from South Korea to arrange an international shipment. While my friend was speaking with the staff, I was quietly standing by the window looking at some postcards and promotional materials. My friend is not fluent in English, but he was doing his best to communicate respectfully. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable. Mr. Wilbert was super professional and helpful when he saw me struggling with technology, he was helping three customers at the same time and he still went above and beyond to help everybody!! Thank you FedEx for surpassing expectations. Stellar customer service!

Bad customer service. Lazy personnel. You gonna be stuck here for at least 30 minutes. Just to print shipping label . Every single time with no one in line. They don't acknowledge customers they would be in the back talking on the phone facetiming . I wish there is zero stars options

i had a really great customer service experience here! i was having trouble getting a label onto a package for an Amazon return and the young man at the counter took the initiative to provide a shipping label slip that i could stick directly onto the package. 10000 stars!! i went to this FedEx at around 6:30pm on Jan 30th. it is rare to feel welcomed at a big brand store like FedEx but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
