Horrific
Received very good service. Computers, Copiers and telex machines well supplied. Customer Service is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
I was at the FedEx close to 170 Lexington Ave where I had some embassy paperwork to complete. The help/teller was curt. Maybe she was related to Obama? So I moved over to the aexond teller. He was very well mannered and might have noticed that I might be umwell/sick. He did my copies and I asked him for a desk to arrange and check all my stuff. I was there today. Mario at Fed Ex could not have been more helpful. I am very appreciative of the time and care he took in getting my packages sorted out. Other customers who were there for things like passports and other matters were likewise treated in a responsive professional manner by Mario and another member of the staff. I was very impressed.
