The second star, and even any stars at all, is exclusively due to the agreeable and positive attitude of the employees. Because their pricing is ridiculous. I don’t know for a fact, but I’m guessing they do a sort of surge pricing when events wrap up and the prices were astronomical. Out of synch with anything in the market. Both the folks in front of me in the queue and I chose to take our stuff a few blocks over to UPS where we paid about 1/4 the price.
Really great service, answered phone and had copies ready when I arrived! 10/10 today
Simone and Maddy helped me ship stuff out after a conference. They were both super kind, helpful, and made sure I was all set!
Based on them keeping the door closed and taking people one at a time. I think there should be exceptions for customers to enter that just want to use the kiosk… and not have them waiting behind people who were obviously sending shipments.
I was at the Toy Fair. The staff was helpful especially the lady that was helping out customers outside their door..
