I had a great experience here, and Marlon was especially helpful! He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service. Definitely a great experience!

The second star, and even any stars at all, is exclusively due to the agreeable and positive attitude of the employees. Because their pricing is ridiculous. I don’t know for a fact, but I’m guessing they do a sort of surge pricing when events wrap up and the prices were astronomical. Out of synch with anything in the market. Both the folks in front of me in the queue and I chose to take our stuff a few blocks over to UPS where we paid about 1/4 the price.
Really great service, answered phone and had copies ready when I arrived! 10/10 today
Simone and Maddy helped me ship stuff out after a conference. They were both super kind, helpful, and made sure I was all set!
