Absolutely terrible customer service. They have no boxes in stock, the lines are incredibly long, and the staff seem completely clueless and unprepared to help customers. The entire experience is frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you have other options, I strongly recommend avoiding this FedEx location. Definitely one of the worst shipping experiences I’ve had.
My son and I went in when the location opened to print documents. While we didn't need help from the counter agent, we did witness the morning rush of customers trying to take care of urgent business before work. All were stressed and some were impatient, and the agent handled the steady stream calmly and graciously. She exemplified excellent customer service.
