Never wrote a review but this interaction required one. And based on the reviews I see now, rudeness and a dismissive attitude are apparently the norm at this location. The front desk girl, Kimora, was not only rude to me but also to two other clients. The entire situation was unpleasant. People like her should not work in customer service positions.
