Never wrote a review but this interaction required one. And based on the reviews I see now, rudeness and a dismissive attitude are apparently the norm at this location. The front desk girl, Kimora, was not only rude to me but also to two other clients. The entire situation was unpleasant. People like her should not work in customer service positions. Horrible customer service, rude and condescending from Kadesia.To work in customer service one must be courteous and pleasant — she should be Fired. A line of 12 with a bad attitude. When I asked nicely of if there’s another register opening she snapped at me with slang unprofessional language saying “I’m the manager I’m in control here” when I told her I’m writing a negative review she refused to help me bc she blew up at me. FedEx, check on your employees from this location!!! No words, absolutely no words. The lack of respect and education is through the roof.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Do yourself a favor and use another shipping location. I’m not necessarily criticizing FedEx as a company, but the staff working at this particular location. The woman who assisted me today displayed behavior that was unprofessional and discourteous. Her attitude reflected the opposite of what you would expect from someone working in a customer-facing role.
