I’m not sure how much customer training the employees get prior to starting working behind the desk, but their manners are just appalling

I’d give one star , but there was one nice girl in there who didnt have an attitude.
Kumora and Mary helped me on two packages today. They were really nice and patient on taping the boxes for me and put the labels on. Would definitely come to this Fedex location for my future shipping needs!
