The female manager at this location is unnecessarily rude and condescending. When I walked in, I approached the self-service kiosk, and out of nowhere, she grabbed my package to scan it—something I didn’t ask for. She started interrogating me about what was inside, even though I had headphones in, and gave me an annoyed look when I didn’t immediately respond (I didn’t need her help, honestly). Don’t waste your time. It’s the worst poor service. You’re going wait over 15 minutes just get a code to get document printed.
I use fedex multiple times and week. I went to this location which is not my usual. The, I assume manager looked me up and down and goes "Now what are YOU shipping to Montreal of all places." And was extremely condescending to me. I am a woman who looks VERY young and she spoke to me as if I had no idea you have to sign affidavits and forms to internationally ship something.
