Best service. We needed to print quickly and they were so helpful. The staff was super nice and help us a lot
Got there close to 6PM on Saturday but with plenty of time for a few auto returns. The employees seemed upset I came in and said they had closed all the software for the day and couldn’t accept the returns. The business was still open, but they were just standing around scrolling on their phones waiting for the clock to run out and I was saddled with a package in Manhattan for the rest of the day.
This is an amazing FedEx location and I have to give the best compliment to their customer service specially Serenity who has been so great with my daughters print order. Thank you!!!
Marco was super helpful and friendly. They were open when the other place wasn’t. Relieved our stress.
