Worst customer service ever.
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I was attempting to ship a package internationally and encountered several issues with the associate manager, Jadwa (or Jadsna). First, I found her to be lacking in knowledge regarding international shipping procedures and basic customer service skills. She was not helpful and even made me search for a box for my package, which was, in fact, located right behind her within the counter area. For printing, it was a good place. You just need to send an email to get a code, which you enter the printer. Then all your files are listed on printer screen.
Received QR Code that stated they would pack and ship for me. Scanned QR code and then person at front desk told me that I would need to buy a $8 box as “packing and shipping” didn’t include a box. I’ve done this for many other shipments, never been an issue. Total money grab
