Don’t waste your time. It’s the worst poor service. You’re going wait over 15 minutes just get a code to get document printed.
I use fedex multiple times and week. I went to this location which is not my usual. The, I assume manager looked me up and down and goes "Now what are YOU shipping to Montreal of all places." And was extremely condescending to me. I am a woman who looks VERY young and she spoke to me as if I had no idea you have to sign affidavits and forms to internationally ship something. I came in needing to urgently ship something super last minute but there was an issue with the FedEx account I was using. The staff were incredibly helpful. Talia did everything she could to get the issue resolved, all while being so very patient and kind. She made a stressful situation lowkey kinda fun.
Worst customer service ever.
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I was attempting to ship a package internationally and encountered several issues with the associate manager, Jadwa (or Jadsna). First, I found her to be lacking in knowledge regarding international shipping procedures and basic customer service skills. She was not helpful and even made me search for a box for my package, which was, in fact, located right behind her within the counter area.
