All I want is 50 copies of my office receipts made. I left one copy with Fedex as an example of how I want my 50 copies with the office & customer copy attached. I return to this location the next day and the copies are made, but unattached/glued. The manager at the register asked me if I knew who took the order. The lady who did walked up and said "I did". Initially ,the short possibly caucasian lady with the long Blk curly hair was the employee that took my order. I was then told the order would be fixed and ready by 7pm. ... read more
This was my second time dropping off packages at this location, and Leanne helped me both times. She made the whole process seamless - truly the best customer service!
The guy working here at 2pm on 4/16 is incredibly rude and needs a new job. I went to drop off a package in the same box that it was received in and he told me I had to buy a smaller box or pay for filler ??? WHAT A JOKEEE. He has a nasty attitude as well. Don’t work a customer service job.
