Terrible experience with FedEx customer service. I went in person to a store because the website keeps giving me an error when I try to create a shipping label for a suitcase that’s in Houston and needs to be sent to New York. I called multiple times and received confusing and contradictory instructions; eventually, I was told to go to a physical store because they could help me create the label there. Got helped by Delford and his team they had such positive energy, mind you this is shipping season so always people in and out. If you had a negative experience do some self reflection and ask if you came in impatient, self-righteous or already in a shit mood.
The NICEST STAFF!!! Super friendly Super helpful Super kind!! Every store should have employees like this FEDEX location. They put the SERVICE in customer service. Thank you all!
