Very helpful staff; they patiently answered all my questions and helped me troubleshoot sending a fax.
Had a great experience at the FedEx in Bryant Park. The staff was very helpful with my print job on water-resistant stock—really appreciated their support. Printing from my phone was surprisingly easy: just scan the code on the printer/copier, email your document, pay by credit card, then enter the print code you get via email. Quick, efficient, and all self-service. QED!
