The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Dropped off a package for Fedex overnight delivery. It was important that's why it was overnight. Checked tracking number today. It was never sent. If you want to use FedEx. Do NOT USE This Location they will surely mess up your business.
I was on line for help, associate was going on break and Leanna seamlessly jumped in and walked me through a printing service in no time. She was the best and made the experience quick and pleasant. Love this location.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I am genuinely shocked by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced at this FedEx location. From the moment I began asking for assistance, it felt as though every request was an inconvenience.
