I can’t believe I feel possessed to review a FedEx, but I go to this location every few months for one off tasks, and they are so nice that I actually kind of look forward to it. I went in this afternoon feeling stressed because I had to do something confusing, I was hangry, and I was late, and the woman working there was so kind and friendly that I left smiling! From a FedEx! She said “my job is to make your life easier.”

Very helpful staff; they patiently answered all my questions and helped me troubleshoot sending a fax.
Had a great experience at the FedEx in Bryant Park. The staff was very helpful with my print job on water-resistant stock—really appreciated their support. Printing from my phone was surprisingly easy: just scan the code on the printer/copier, email your document, pay by credit card, then enter the print code you get via email. Quick, efficient, and all self-service. QED!
